Sri Jayaprabha Exports applies AQL 2.5 as a final gate and a five-stage inline check at key sewing operations — so defects are caught at the seam, not at the audit. Third-party inspectors are accommodated on request at no additional lead-time cost.

Five inline check gates are embedded in the production flow — before a panel moves forward, a supervisor checks the critical operation against the approved spec. This approach catches construction defects at the earliest possible point, before the garment is assembled and rework is expensive.
Every sampled garment is measured against the approved spec sheet — chest, length, sleeve, neck — and tolerance is held to the buyer's stated allowance. Out-of-tolerance pieces are pulled and reworked before the lot ships.
Seam integrity, stitch consistency, bartack placement, and thread-end trimming are assessed on every sampled piece. Open seams, skip stitches, or uneven hems result in lot rejection at that gate.
Print registration and colour density are matched against the approved strike-off. Label placement, hangtag attachment, and care-label orientation are verified against the buyer's packing instructions.
All pieces in the consignment are cross-checked for shade consistency within size sets and across size ratios — critical for buyers distributing to multiple retail doors from a single lot.
Plate · Export lot pre-shipment inspection
Sri Jayaprabha Exports accommodates third-party inspection at any stage — pre-production, in-line, or pre-shipment — without additional lead-time charges. Buyers who use SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or a sourcing-agent QC team can book access through the RFQ conversation.
The production schedule is communicated in advance so the inspector can plan travel to Tirupur. Inspection access is provided to all areas of the floor relevant to the order. No advance restriction on what can be checked.
Standard accommodated: AQL 2.5 (major defects 1.5 / minor defects 4.0) — the global export benchmark for garments.

Packing is executed to the buyer's written packing instruction — polybag, hanger, or retail-box presentation. Cartons are marked with buyer's shipping marks and lot reference. Packing list and commercial invoice are prepared to buyer specification.

The five inline gates and the AQL 2.5 final inspection are applied to every order — not just audited lots or large-volume buyers. A 500-piece baby bodysuit order goes through the same procedure as a 10,000-piece T-shirt run. That is how a small house maintains a consistent reputation over three decades.
Dr. Rangasamy personally reviews the inspection report before dispatch sign-off is given. No consignment leaves without that review.
