Every order that leaves Sri Jayaprabha Exports travels through the same eight-stage process — design and sampling, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing, quality control, and dispatch. No stage is skipped on a tight deadline.
Plate · Sample approval stage
Buyer's brief is converted to a tech pack — construction details, measurement chart, trim specifications, and print/embroidery art. Strike-off samples are produced and sent for buyer approval before bulk fabric is ordered.
Revisions are completed and re-sampled until sign-off. This stage is not truncated — a clean approval protects both parties from downstream rework.
Approved fabrics are sourced from Tirupur's spinning and knitting units — cotton, cotton-modal, cotton-poly blends, and terry fabrics. A fabric inspection check (GSM, width, shrinkage) is run before the cutting release is signed.
Computer-aided marker planning optimises the lay ratio and minimises fabric wastage. Fabric layers are spread and cut against approved patterns. Cut panels are bundled and issued to sewing with a job card.
Trained operators on flat-lock, over-lock, single-needle, and chain-stitch machines. Inline checks at key operations — collar set, sleeve insertion, hem — before panels move forward.
In-house embroidery unit for logo and decorative stitching. Screen printing, pigment printing, and sublimation transfer available — all artwork matched to approved strike-offs before bulk application.
Washing (where specified), ironing, thread trimming, tag attachment, and folding to the buyer's packing spec — polybag, hanger, or retail-box presentation as required.

AQL 2.5 inspection is run on finished goods — measurement check against the approved spec sheet, workmanship inspection (seam integrity, print registration, label placement), and shade consistency check across the lot. Third-party inspection is accommodated on request.
Cartons are marked with buyer's shipping marks, packing list and invoice prepared, and the lot is dispatched to Chennai or Tuticorin port for FCL or LCL sea freight. Airfreight to any international airport is available for urgent orders. Shipping documents (BL, Certificate of Origin, packing list, commercial invoice) prepared to buyer specification.
